Duvel: Belgian Strong Pale Ale  | 8.50% ABV  | BA Rating = A

  • Duvel is unique. Blonde and refreshing like a Pilsner, but with the flavor, depth and complexity of an ale.
  • Packaging: 330ml, 750ml
  • Brewed by: Brouwerij Duvel Moortgat NV |  Belgium

Maredsous 6 Blonde: Belgian Pale Ale  |  6 % ABV | BA Rating: B+

  • A delectable blonde ale with sprightly fruitiness, soft malting, and a slightly dry, gently-hopped finish. A sparkling nose, complex flavors, and a touch of bitterness give this 6% beer all the refreshing qualities of classic Blonde ale.
  • Packaging: 330ml
  • Brewed by: Brouwerij Duvel Moortgat NV |  Belgium

Maredsous 8 Dubbel: Dubbel  |  8% ABV  | BA Rating: A-

  • A classic abbey dubbel; with elegant sweetness, lightly caramelized flavor, translucent tawny-brown body, luscious head, and floral bouquet. A delicate balance between malts and hops gives way to hints of toffee and chocolate in the finish. Its velvety smoothness belies the 8% alcohol content.
  • Packaging: 330ml
  • Brewed by: Brouwerij Duvel Moortgat NV |  Belgium

Maredsous 10 Triple: Triple  |  10% ABV  | BA Rating: B+

  • A classic abbey dubbel; with elegant sweetness, lightly caramelized flavor, translucent tawny-brown body, luscious head, and floral bouquet. A delicate balance between malts and hops gives way to hints of toffee and chocolate in the finish. Its velvety smoothness belies the 8% alcohol content.

  • Brewed by: Brouwerij Duvel Moortgat NV |  Belgium

Hennepin: Farmhouse Saison  |  7.7 % ABV  |  BA Rating A-

  • Hennepin is bright and lively in your mouth with a warming mix of spicy gingersnap and citrusy hops. Refreshing. Relaxing. It’s true: no matter where you are, Hennepin is the perfect ale for all seasons.
  • Try With: Rustic fare such as quiche, bread and cheeses, roasted chicken, fresh water fish, including shellfish (especially lobster). Hennepin’s coriander and ginger notes lend themselves to the composed spicing in Asian cuisines. It goes well with Thai and Indian cuisine, sushi, Mongolian hotpots, fried fish, spare ribs and Peking duck.
  • Packaging: 750ml
  • Brewed by: Ommegang Brewery |  Cooperstown, NY

Ommegang Witte: Witbier |  510 % ABV  |  BA Rating B+

  • Witte is brewed with malted and unmalted wheat, barley malt, a light hops addition and spiced with sweet orange peel and coriander. Though adding a slice of citrus fruit is common while enjoying a wheat or Wiess beer, we feel that Witte’s gentle spicing and slight tartness renders the fruit superfluous. Here’s to Summer…
  • Try With: A picnic with light summer foods, appetizers, salads, and barbeques. Or while sitting on the beach, watching clouds drift by.
  • Packaging: 750ml
  • Brewed by: Ommegang Brewery |  Cooperstown, NY

Rare Vos [Amber Ale]: Belgian Dark Ale |  6.50% ABV-  |  BA Rating A-

  • Intended for the café as well as the dinner table, Rare Vos is an amber ale of medium color and strength. It sports aromas and flavors of caramel, orange, hops, plus an elusive fruity-yeasty flavor which will have you tasting in circles.
  • Try With: Bar foods, pasta, burgers, designer pizza, mussels and frites, as well as grilled fish, mixed grills, conch fritters, crab and crayfish, Jamaican jerk chicken, paellas, chorizos and merguez, tapas, and Cuban pork.
  • Packaging: 750ml
  • Brewed by: Ommegang Brewery |  Cooperstown, NY

Three Philosophers: Quadrupel  |  9.80% ABV  |  BA Rating A-

  • The essence of wonder is a unique and masterful blend of strong malty ale and authentic Belgian Kriek. Our philosophers deduce that this powerful marriage of cherries, roasted malts, and dark chocolate will only achieve more wisdom and coherence as it broods in the dark recesses of your cellar.
  • Try With: A delightful accompaniment for roasted meats, rich cheeses, desserts, and for after dinner sipping as with a fine port.
  • Packaging: 750ml
  • Brewed by: Ommegang Brewery |  Cooperstown, NY
